A new waterfront dining spot has opened in Downtown St. Pete, and it’s taking a new twist on Old Florida flavors. The Vinoy Renaissance has renovated its Marina Restaurant and rebranded it as “Paul’s Landing.” We told the story of how the area’s history inspired the branding, menu and decor. Through print collateral, the website, digital and print ads, we emphasized the beautiful waterfront views of the bay, as well as highlighted the unique menu options, all while incorporating some aspect of the restaurant’s concept (citrus, seafood and smoke).
