The Swamp Restaurant is a Gainesville, FL institution, being among the most popular and iconic restaurants and bars in the UF college town. When they were forced to temporarily close due to building renovation, we helped them develop their Founders Club, a way for fans of the restaurant to support the new development, keep updated on news and be first in line for great perks. We built a website, created handouts, table signage, emails and more. Relying on university tropes of tradition and prestige and pairing it with playful language, we helped capture the spirit of the establishment while emphasizing the need to cement its legacy.
